our recently introduced Ticket System has made it easier for you to notify us about any errors or problems, or to submit your ideas and further suggestions (all of which will represent a so-called "ticket"). This system has greatly improved our support structure, which has now become more efficient. You may access the customer service portal of the Ticket System on the following website http://service.autowork.com Alternatively, there is a link to this area on our regular website www.autowork.com, in the Support/Service Request menu. If you have not yet registered and set up a user account, please follow the instructions on how to register and set up your personal account, in order to take advantage of our broad range of support services.
